As with the regular Symphony pump, the Symphony PLUS pump offers moms the Medela proprietary 2-phase expression technology which mimics the sucking patterns of a baby.

The innovative Initiate, Build, Maintain software program included with the Symphony PLUS changes suction and expression patterns for the stages of your breastfeeding journey. Use the Initiate program from day one to day five or until you pump 20 ml of milk in each of your last 3 sessions. Use the Maintain program from day six or from the point when you’re able to pump 20 ml of milk in each of your last 3 sessions, whichever comes first.
